RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website.

RETURN POLICY:

1. We don't provide return & refund policy, but if you received a damage/wrong product we will provide you the refund but you have to make a video before opening your package as a proof and you have to provide that videos to us.

2. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office address.

3. 100 rupees will be chargeable for any return/exchange order.

NOTE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

1. The item should be unused & unwashed for hygiene reasons.

2. You have to make a video before opening the package for proofs, if you will not make then there will be no return/exchange to be initiated.

3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original fags will not be accepted.

4. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the time period the product would not be accepted.
